What is your reschedule and cancellation policy? Open
Free reschedule up to 72 hours before start. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee to cover blocked time. Contact us for edge cases.
What equipment is included? Open
Light stands, C-stands, clamps, sandbags, rolling tables, backdrop stands, steamers, power strips. Specialty gear can be requested in advance.
How do we access the studio? Open
We email access instructions 24 hours before your booking, including entry details and on-site support contact.
Do we need to clean after the shoot? Open
Basic cleanup is expected (trash, surfaces). Deep cleaning or paint refresh is billed if required. We keep it fair and transparent.
